Fullstack Developer (2+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Fullstack Developer who enjoys building clean, modern web apps and can thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. If you love turning ideas into working features and aren't afraid to dive into both frontend and backend, you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js
• Design and interact with MongoDB schemas, write efficient and maintainable queries
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering team members to quickly turn ideas into features
• Participate in the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment and iteration
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot apps using AWS or DigitalOcean infrastructure
• Contribute to clean, maintainable codebases and review PRs from fellow developers

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development (React.js & Node.js ecosystems)
• Proven ability to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and pixel-perfect UIs
• Comfortable designing and implementing backend APIs (REST or GraphQL)
• Experience designing and querying MongoDB schemas (Mongoose or native driver)
• Familiarity with DevOps basics: deployments, server monitoring, DNS, etc.
• Clear, proactive communicator and a team player who can thrive in a startup-paced environment
